Our Team
Stacey Hampshire | Director
Sunshine Coast trauma therapist and Accredited Mental Health Social Worker providing individual counselling, somatic psychotherapy and evidence-based mental health support.
Lotus Embodied Therapy offers counselling with an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, specialising in trauma, anxiety, domestic and family violence, and somatic psychotherapy. The practice provides safe, inclusive and evidence-based therapeutic support to help individuals reconnect with themselves and develop a more regulated, embodied sense of self-awareness.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re unsure what to expect or whether you will feel safe enough to open up. At Lotus, time is taken to build a therapeutic relationship that feels grounded, respectful and collaborative. Your voice and lived experience are central to the process, with therapy paced carefully and tailored to what feels right for you.
Lotus Embodied Therapy is registered and accredited with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) and adheres to its regulatory standards for mental health social work practice.
Beyond her work in the therapy space, she enjoys time with her family, adventuring with her dogs, unwinding at the beach and exploring new corners of the Sunshine Coast.
Lotus Embodied Therapy counselling services include individual therapy, psychoeducation, assessments, referrals, and advocacy, with a focus on areas such as:
Somatic Psychotherapy
