Our Team
Stacey Hampshire | Director
Hi, I’m Stacey — Founder and Director of Lotus Embodied Therapy and an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker.
My work has always focused on connection, safety, and resilience and I believe our bodies hold deep wisdom and the capacity to heal the wounds that keep us stuck in survival mode. Through an evidence-based and somatic approach, I support people to reconnect with themselves and develop an embodied sense of safety, self-awareness, and presence. I know that starting therapy can feel daunting, especially when you’re unsure what to expect or whether you’ll feel safe enough to open up. That’s why I take time to build a relationship that feels grounded, respectful, collaborative and where your voice is central and your experience is honoured.
With a blend of specialist mental health and social work perspectives, I bring a holistic and compassionate approach to each session, supporting you to explore both your inner world and the external systems that shape your life. Together, we’ll work in a way that feels right for you.
