WHAT TO EXPECT
At Lotus Embodied Therapy clients are provided with a trauma-informed, somatic-based psychological support from an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker. Lotus works with women across the lifespan, supporting them to navigate the emotional complexity of life transitions, trauma, and the often uncomfortable spaces of uncertainty. The approach is grounded in deep presence, safety, and collaboration creating space for clients to gently explore what feels stuck, overwhelming, or disconnected. There is an integration of Focused Psychological Strategies with a mind-body perspective, supporting clients to build capacity, self-awareness, and emotional resilience through nervous system regulation and relational attunement.
Lotus is registered with Medicare to provide Focused Psychological Strategies under the Better Access Initiative.
Clients referred by their GP with a Mental Health Care Plan are eligible for Medicare rebates for up to 10 individual sessions per calendar year.
Lotus Embodied Therapy does not offer Bulk-Billed Sessions.
